Do you have office duty? There is no mandatory office duty.

What meetings are required? We have monthly sales meetings and offer training opportunities throughout the year. We value your time and strive to make these meaningful to you.

What’s the compensation like? Our compensation program provides an opportunity for unlimited earning potential with a fixed company retained and no franchise fee. Many of our agents consistently attain 100% commission splits each year.

What are the benefits for top producers? We don’t think in terms of top producers. Our compensation package creates a level playing field for everyone, rewarding hard work and success.

What technology do you use and how does it rate against the big guys? We provide the most current hardware, office equipment that is both PC and Apple friendly, and internet-based systems and communication.

Can we work from home? Absolutely. Or from your car, your beach-front condo, your client’s home, Panera, or any of our offices. Everything you do except original paperwork is electronic, so you can do it from any location you choose.
