Patti Taylor, Sales Associate
Eight years ago, Patti joined the Riley & Associates family with many years of real estate experience working for a larger company. Her decision to associate with a smaller, locally-owned brokerage has proven to be a wise one based on her record-making sales within the past two years. Patti is a native Baltimorean who has lived in the Monkton area for more than 28 years. Her knowledge of Northern Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County, and Southern Pennsylvania is substantial.
Patti is a Lifetime Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA) and currently serves on its Board of Directors. She has received the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
Sue Carbaugh, Sales Associate
Taking care of her customers professionally and to the best of her ability is key to Sue Carbaugh’s successful sales career. Nothing is more personal than finding the right home for a client or finding the best buyer for a client’s home. Her clients’ needs are her first priority.
Sue has lived in the Sparks and Monkton communities for nearly 20 years and has also been a business owner in the Hereford Zone. With her husband, Mike, she has completed several significant construction projects at their home and gained valuable experience working with local contractors and suppliers. Sue has an eye for what will help sell your home.
