Cindy obtained her real estate license in 1978, became a full-time Realtor in 1983, and founded Riley & Associates in 1990. She is well-versed in all types of real estate sales, remodeling, and construction, and all aspects of land development and lot and farm sales. Cindy recruited Jessica to work with her in 2006, with the vision of building a small real estate team that could deliver the best possible service to her many clients and customers, and the Riley-Maher Team was born. With the addition of Julie in 2012, Cindy’s vision of a team that works together to give you the highest level of service has been realized.

Jessica Maher, Sales Associate

Jess partnered with Cindy in 2006 to create the Riley-Maher Team. Her degree and background are in marketing and project management. She is now a seasoned professional, experienced with every aspect of the real estate business, and is an essential part of the management of all team processes. Jess also has extensive waterfront property knowledge and brings to the table first hand real-estate investment experience, including 1031 tax-free exchanges.

Julie Shelley, Sales Associate

Julie joined the Riley-Maher Team in 2012. She was born and raised in Northern Baltimore County and has deep local roots. From a “real estate family” that builds, renovates, and owns rental properties, she is a natural fit for all things “housing.” When she and her husband built their own house recently, she took her housing experience to a whole new level. Julie is the team “techy,” and her equestrian training and love of the outdoors give her useful knowledge in farm and land sales.
