Cindy obtained her real estate license in 1978, became a full-time Realtor in 1983, and founded Riley & Associates in 1990. She is well-versed in all types of real estate sales, remodeling, and construction, and all aspects of land development and lot and farm sales. Cindy recruited Jessica to work with her in 2006, with the vision of building a small real estate team that could deliver the best possible service to her many clients and customers, and the Riley-Maher Team was born. With the addition of Julie in 2012, Cindy’s vision of a team that works together to give you the highest level of service has been realized.
Jessica Maher, Sales Associate
Jessica partnered with Cindy in 2006 to create the Riley-Maher Team. Prior to her real estate experience she spent five years in a management position where she established herself as a high-performance, service-oriented leader. Jessica’s degree and background are in marketing and project management so moving into the real estate business was an easy transition. She is now a seasoned professional, experienced with every aspect of the real estate business, and is an essential part of the management of all team processes.
Julie Shelley, Sales Associate
Julie joined the Riley-Maher Team in 2012. She was born and raised in Northern Baltimore County and has deep local roots. From a “real estate” family who builds, renovates, and owns rental properties, Julie enjoys all things “housing” and is a natural fit for the real estate business. She is the team “techy,” and her equestrian training and love for the outdoors have given her a useful knowledge in farm and land sales. She is on the fast track to becoming a seasoned Realtor, having been involved with the team in closing over 20 million in her second year in the business!
